Bringing the musicality back into music is new Brooklyn group Phony Ppl who dropped an album last year entitled Phonyland. They call on many different genres and sounds to create a smooth blend between Jazz, Neo Soul, Rock, Hip Hop, and RnB. This song is one of there more soulful cuts and the video does nothing but compliment the track. I mean who doesn’t like sharing a jay on a chill afternoon with a blue haired beauty while a couple of your friends soundtrack your life, the latter might be a little but dont let me spoil the video for you check it out for yourself.

Kilo Kish, intersting tape I came across while scouring the web as I usually do late nights, and I tend to download off of artwork alone. I’m glad I did, K+ is Kilo Kish‘s follow up of her Homeschool EP, (which I have yet the pleasure of listening to). Kish does her best to take us through the creative process and give you feel of what went in to creating the tape.
